About Us

Department of Gastronomy and Culinary Arts 

The Department of Gastronomy and Culinary Arts is an education program that aims to train well-equipped and entrepreneurial individuals who know the historical process of Turkish and World cuisines, who are masters of innovative culinary trends, and who will give direction to the future of the sector. The Department of Gastronomy and Culinary Arts aims to train the qualified, innovative manager, operator and chef candidates needed by the food and beverage sector in the most well-equipped way so that they can compete in national and international arenas.

Thanks to the theoretical and applied education our graduating students receive, they can work in public institutions and food businesses – especially tourism enterprises and the food and beverage sector – and they also have the opportunity to become one of the leading entrepreneurs of the sector by establishing their own businesses.
